“From a very young age, I understood the importance and effects of placing my hands on the body. Through my hands and heart I was able to clearly "see" the origins of pain and dysfunction in a body. My life from that point on has constantly been evolving; adding massage therapy, physical therapy, craniosacral therapy and counseling skills. I believe healing is multidimensional and often includes singing, dancing, laughing, crying, etc. I have an extensive history teaching anatomy & physiology and pathology, which have greatly strengthened my ability to address the physical lesions; however, my strength lies in my ability to address the emotional and spiritual aspects of the person as well. I believe it is seldom "one thing" that impedes function, contributes to pain or interferes with quality of life; rather it is the compounding affects of the undissipated and unresolved life forces that are manifested in the physical tissues of the body. I understand the interconnectedness of the body and the emotional being. Communication with patients is integral to a successful clinic. I address each patient as an individual and discuss treatment applications and outcomes at an appropriate level for each patient.
